Moderation and rules

  1. Moderation Timing:

    • Campaigns are reviewed automatically by internal AI content moderation mechanisms. However, if the AI cannot determine if the ad meets the guidelines, it will be flagged for manual review.

    • Review typically takes 4-6 hours on weekdays and 6-10 hours on weekends.

    • Moderation operates between 08:00 to 22:00 UTC.

  2. Content Restrictions:

    • Ads must adhere to internal policies and local laws. Ads conflicting with standards or regulations will be blocked.

    • Prohibited Content:

      • Graphic or shocking material: Content with graphic, sexual, or shocking imagery.

      • Hate, violence, harassment: Any form of hate speech, promotion of violence, or harassment.

      • Third-party rights violations: Using copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.

      • Deceptive, misleading ads: Ads that provide false claims or use deceptive tactics.

      • Sensitive topics: Including political ads, religion, or ads on sensitive social issues.

      • Drugs, alcohol, tobacco: Promotion of these products.

      • Harmful financial services: Deceptive or risky financial services like unregulated loans or investments.

      • Weapons: Ads related to firearms, explosives, and ammunition.

      • Spam or malware: Ads promoting hacking software or malicious content.

      • Products of questionable legality: Products that may not comply with local laws.

      • Uncertified medical products: Ads for unapproved medications or supplements.

  3. Ad Quality and Functionality:

    • Advertising of other brands: Ads cannot promote competitor brands or companies.

    • Misleading materials: The ad must accurately represent the product.

    • Functionality check: The advertised website, bot, or game must be fully functional. Non-working content will result in rejection.

    • Artificial view services: Ads promoting fake views or ratings will be blocked.

    • Negative portrayal: Ads must not infringe, offend, or negatively expose other entities.

  4. Channels, Bots, and Websites:

    • Empty or abandoned channels: Channels must be active, with updates at least every two weeks.

    • Bot functionality: Bots should work on both PC and mobile. Non-interactive bots designed only to redirect users are prohibited.

    • Website accessibility: Websites must be live, accessible, and functional. Sites under development, with coding errors, or requiring login/payment will be rejected.

    • Language consistency: The ad's language must match the target audience's language.

By adhering to these guidelines, campaigns can smoothly pass through moderation and launch without delays.
